- Benting sungai di perumahan Tanah Putih Kuantan
- Masjid Al-Fatah (10 km)
- Benting sungai di perumahan Sungai Isap Kuantan
- Lorong Sungai Isap 25 (15 km)
- Berkayuh balik ke Taman gelora (Cycling back to Taman Gelora).

The morning's activity started with breakfast and ended with presentation of give-away by Mr Amran Abd Rahman, Director of Tourism Malaysia Pahang.

Basically the routes are divided into three segments, The Green Route is 5 km one way, suitable for everyone especially those who are just starting cycling. The Yellow Route is a little more challenging with a distance of 10 km one way. This segment is suitable for those who are already used to cycling. On the other hand the Red Route is 15 km one way is not for newbies, it is an outdoor adventure ride right in the Kuantan Town for those seeking more challenge and is used to cycling. The Red Route is not recommended for people who are new to cycling and has not reach a minimum level of fitness.

Bicycle suitable for this ride is only mountain bike. Racing bike and fixie is not suitable. This is because part of the route especially all along the Benting Sungai di perumahan Sungai Isap is rough crusher run, soft earth and hilly. Maybe in the future after this route become more popular, then Tourism Malaysia will prepare the route to be suitbale for racing bike and fixie as well.

Tourism Malaysia Pahang will select and test routes that minimise as much as possible using main road to avoid motor vehicles. After the routes has been tested and approved by the Pahang Tourism EXCO, then these routes will be made public for everyone to enjoy.

On selected dates the Kuantan Cycle activities will be combined with Aerobic excercise and free medical check-up co-ordinated by the Health Department. These activities will certainly add value to everyone joining the cycle programme. Pahang Bicycle Association will give free advise and tips to maximise your cycling enjoyment. Guides will also be available to show people the new Kuantan routes.

This is the first step to make Kuantan Town Bicycle Friendly. Cycling not only help decrease polution but also increase our quality of life in Kuantan.
